I’m on aligners set 5/18 and paying nearly £2K over 12 months. The lifetime guarantee, 24/7 customer service and after treatment retainers are gone. I’m still expected to pay full price. What a waste.

Cancel payments from banks and get refund i did same my gums werr hurting and there is noone to help us as a customer unfortunately i am moving to another clenic

Cracked my tooth. Second set of aligners didn't fit at all. Couldn't afford it in the first place and now it was a waste of money!

This company scammed out of close to 2k by giving a box defective Aligners and then refusing to give me a refund to this day .

I did smile direct 2 years ago during covid. It didn't work at all. I was in absolute agony the aligners were so tight I couldn't sleep at night because of the pain. I managed to get tp set 7 of 9 then set 7 were like aligners for somebody else's teeth. I couldn't get them on at all. It was a painful and expensive 4 months.

IM SO UPSET!! FORNUTATELY SMILED DID WORK FOR ME BUT I BROKE MINE! A REPLACEMENT WOULDVE COST ME $100 US!! AND NOW I HAVE GONNA HAVE TO SPEND THOUSANDS AGAIN EVERYTHING IS A F*** SCAM! EVERYTHING... I JUST REALLY NEEDED TO VOICE OUT HOW I FEEL SORRY.
