Thank you, Wolf Rock, for this excellent reaction to Lucy, Martha, and Louise. This is such a wonderful song that I enjoyed hearing Nat King Cole sing when I was young. This is the most lovely version that I have ever heard. Lucy Thomas has become the world's top vocalist who just (September 2024) had a very successful concert in Japan. Lucy conveys so much emotion in her songs and this is perhaps the loveliest of all. She sang an old emotionally charged song in her Tokyo concert in flawless Japanese bringing the audience to tears. There is no finer singer than Lucy. Please keep reacting to her.

Plain and simply this is just a heart warming beautiful rendition by 3 very talented ladies. Lucy as always is phenomenal. Martha has matured and has a gorgeous voice and Mom Louise is the reason Lucy and Martha have lovely voices and pure hearts. I just love this family.

Lucy is special once you listen to her you are hooked please she has the purest most perfect voice I have ever heard ,she draws you into the song and you feel that she is singing to you. Listen to her latest songs and maybe go back to her early days and listen to songs like " footprints in the sand" at 10 yrs. and "Listen" at 14 she blows this out of the water. Her cover of "memories" from Cats amazing ,"Wind beneath my wings" another fantastic cover the ending is an unbelievable sound There are so many others you will not be disappointed . She has covered many of the greats and made the songs her own. She has released a few originals from her upcoming musical Rosie due for release next year .Her latest single "The greatest love of all" a Whitney Houston cover is fantastic I suggest you go to Lucy Thomas music .

Wolf Rock, welcome back. Although being ancient enough and having listened to Nat King Cole, I didn't remember this one. But knowing that, in this rendition Lucy comes off just as smooth and pleasing as Nat King Cole. I've listened to this one several times and the message is very appropriate; smile and try to have a positive view. If you look at The Voice Kids video of her audition, they show the family there cheering on Lucy. You can see her mother there and what could be a very young Martha (9 or 10 at that time). Not trying to play favorites because they all are excellent, but after the 3 sing, when it rotates back around to Lucy again, her voice and power own this video.

Yes but with Lucy being 13 on the kids Martha would be closer to 8, she is small there, yes Louise and Jason and Martha Thomas, and the older gent is the grand father the woman with grandfather is unknown as is the couple to the left of Mom Louise !!! Lucy has several photos of her with grand dad at soccer games and out to lunch !!!!

You spoke about " classic" . Yes the Thomas family is classic , but not only classic. They convey conservative values: strong bond family, hard work to achieve fame and prosperity, caring for others, singing meaningfull songs. I am so in love with this family. The parents , did all what was needed for the daughters to improve their vocal capabilities but they did not allow them to be in touch with the showbiz at a too young age. As we say in France " chapeau" to the parents.👍❤️👏🥰🤗

Welcome back. I thought you stopped doing reactions. The choice for your return is quite interesting: Smile. Music from Charlie Chaplin ( by the way, I saw a documentary on his life.... he did not knew anything about composing music, but he knew how to explain what he wanted to composers. After listening to him, they came back with music proposals, Charlie, agreed or not or asked for corrections...at the end , this is what he wanted.) Smile is an optimistic song, easy to listen , easy to understand, easy to get. The three Ladies ( capital L) are awesome. Do you imagine listening, as a baby, lullabies from this sweet voice every night? the two young Ladies got it! Hope you will continue to check the wonderful Lucy's path to success 👍👍👍👍

​@@georgegliszczynski8576George, i want to tell you something. I was not very interested by KZbin until I found Lucy and Martha. I was looking at KZbin occasionally, almost never commented to anyone. Some day, in 2020 , KZbin suggested to me , the Thomas sisters. I have to be frank, it took me few days to check the suggestion. I thought it was , only, two little girls playing Karaoke. But after viewing the video, I started to comment , and comment, and comment, again and again, to these young girls videos. I started to look on this type of videos: young talented singers. Sometimes more matured ones as Lara Fabian, but always I came back to Lucy channel. There are only few young talented singers that can be the next generation of superstars. Lucy is one of them, and I choose her, because I saw her hard work to improve from day to day. I saw her humble and beautiful soul. If I have to be a fan , I can be only a Lucy fan👍🥰👏❤️

The rest is history. My focus is exclusively on Lucy. You may as well call it my current hobby that I take quite seriously. I also appreciate your commitment to Lucy. She is such an amazing singer. Never ever quite felt like that about anyone. Odd isn't it? Lucy has some kind of allure that is magnetic and irresistible.

Wolf, more: Back when you reviewed Lucy singing Hallelujah you mention how some artists 'sing' a song and some 'perform' it. You can see that here as well. Lucy's body is involved in this piece. Her hands, face, etc. show that she is into this song. She's performing it. Additionally, at 1:09 into the video you can see how the girls are looking at and admiring their mother. Super video.

Hey welcome back you were missed, This song is a classic and Lucy is just fantastic as always still improving and Martha, wow !!! this is her first song in 8 months, since THE CLIMB, and my gawd has she improved, matured !!! She is about where lucy was at her age, she is 13 1/2 now and she is coming on !!! Mother Louise is also a beautiful singer and she was reserved here, and I do believe she wanted her girls to shine, and was reserved in her singing !! ! What a classy and wonderful mom !!!! I have heard her singing with Lucy, on Facebook, in the car as she was going to an interview and yes she can belt them out, Lucys and Marthas Parents, Jason and Louise Thomas own a fine furniture business they run and have a lot of employees, the name is LUCY WILLOW FURNITURE !!! Willow being Louise and Lucys middle name !!!! And that family has my respect, as they are special. I have a suggestion, along with plugging YOUR channel how about suggestion those NOT subscribed to Lucy Thomas Music go sub and like and help support them as they help support you. Many GOOD reactors do support Lucy and Martha, how about joining them ??? @@georgegliszczynski8576 Thank you... these girls remind me of my 2 girls so many years ago and how the younger one followed and copied the older, and the older one looked out after the younger one and then it was repeated when our youngest daughter had 2 daughters of her own, same thing and they are adults now grown both several years older than Lucy and if by giving a little back ground info from my research it will help these reactors understand Lucy and Martha. I do so admire that family and the talent they have !!

I had one of your past reactions with Daneliya pop up in my recommendation que. I have missed you Wolf. I hope that you will be able to get back to some sort of regular production even if it is every 3 weeks or so. You're one of the few that seems to be affected by music the same way I am and I appreciate the honesty. This performance by Lucy and her mom and little sister reminds me of my younger childhood when my older sisters and I would sit around and sing the old DoWop songs and old sacred songs from the church hymnal. Every so often our mom who was trained classically, even though her family was poor as dirt, she would play the piano and sometimes would weave in an additional harmony. This was all before secrets started to erode at any happy in our home. So when you mention your mom and her talent and how important she was to your musical enjoyment, it makes me remember the happier days. So thank you Wolfie and welcome back no matter how long it takes.

Aug 23 2023 OK wolf 4 months and no Lucy ???? she has a couple of new songs out EVERGREEN BRAND NEW DAY, this is an original a TV series in UK asked Lucy to sing the theme song for, no name given, also Lucy has THE WAY WE WERE out STUNNING !!! Ross You really should not make comments like that !! ! Martha being 5 1/2 years younger has a hell of a hill to climb to sing with Lucy, do you thinks she doesn't know she is not as good as Lucy or Louise ??? We raised 2 girls 4 years apart and that was the one thing we heard over and over is do NOT compare the younger sister to the older. they are Not the same person and they are individuals and develop at their own rate, It was "interesting" when they did WHEN YOU BELIEVE their 4 th song, in the first 2 Lucy dominated and drowned out Martha, in YOU RAISE ME UP Martha got some solo time we could finally hear some of Martha, and then with WHEN YOU BELIEVE Martha got to lead, was featured and Lucy backed off. I can only imagine the conversation that was had for that to happen. You do NOT tell young girls they are not as good as their sister, very discouraging. And FYI it has been 8 months since Martha sang THE CLIMB until the SMILE, we want to encourage Martha and not discourage her to where she quits.

YES young girls are VERY sensitive about how they compare to their sister or anyone else.!!!! Martha knows she is NOT lucy but she is still in there pitching and improving and she is 5 1/2 years younger and she will NEVER make that time up. Lets encourage her !! !
