I was born and raised a hijabi muslim. It took me 2 months to learn al fatihah, 3 years to learn shalat, 6 years to read the Qur'an, 13 years to memorize Juz Amma and 15 years to learn Islam. And I still don't fully understand my religion, because it is a beautifully complex religion. Nas "studied" Islam for a month after he became a munafiq who forgot where he came from and after he "started his own religion". I will always respect everyone around me but seeing him go to scholars for other religions and only asking his mom for a religion that he says he grew up in, was kinda insulting.
