Your videos mean everything to me. I have very bad health with a chronic incurable illness. I will never be able to see japan in person but I've always wanted to live there and explore. Your videos are the next best thing and bring me great comfort and joy. I love seeing the country and the food experienced through you. I really can't say anything that would thank you enough. Yes, you do make a difference in the world. It may be small when we think of pandemic, war, economic collapse...but all most of us really have control over is helping those around us in small ways. Bringing a little more light and love into the world. Thank you for sharing your light and love, your life and your beautiful country.

What you do for your viewers every time you post a video, Shinichi, is making a _big_ difference. Lifting spirits, opening minds, and allowing many of us to experience places, cultures, and people we might otherwise never get to experience. You and Satoshi feel like friends to many of us, which is especially important to those of us who are shut in. And another thing which is very important to me is that your lives together quietly but strongly advocate for LGBTIQ people everywhere. Never doubt your value, my friend. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Shinichi-san!!! 🎂🎉🎁🎈 Wishing you many, many more happy, healthy years. The scenery in Amanohashidate was beautiful, walking/biking with you was so much fun, watching your interactions with Satoshi made me feel warm and happy, as always, and the food looked delicious. Thank you for the beautiful day. Love to you both. ❤❤

I was having a very bad anxiety and depression day and I really loved this video. Seeing the world and exploring with you guys means so much to me. Seeing an older gay couple living, thriving, and enjoying life means so much to me as a queer person. And, being disabled, I get to travel Japan and the world with you all.

You don’t have to do much to help others and make the world better. Spreading positivity and curiosity like you two do with every video absolutely helps people.

Hi Shinichi, when you and Satoshi were walking and you were searching for a word to express how you were feeling and you went with “relaxing” I preempted your words before you said relaxing, I believe a good word you’d be looking for is “it was very cathartic”.. I always enjoy your videos, thank you. 😊

As many others already said in these comments you guys are already doing the best for a better world. Your kindness is already everything that this world needs! I am very grateful for your videos. Through your videos I could learn about new sides of Japan. For someone who is still young and broke & being scared of the world today. Your videos are always cheering me up! おつかれさまでした!

I ride like an old lady - it might be less exercise, but it's still some! I'm hoping to visit Japan next year, our daughter will be 4 years old. We actually think that she will like Japan like we do, Japan really has attractions for all ages.

Uplifting whenever I've had a rough day. That's exactly why I'm following you. And to be inspired where to go next time I'm Japan or what to eat. And I love how Satoshi smiles (lovingly) when Shinichi freaks out about snow and wildlife. It's good to have you guys.

On days where my physical issues weigh me down, & I know I need to eat but am just not hungry, I put on your videos. Having a “shared” food experience really helps! And seeing the different foods generates my interest to try new dishes. Tomorrow I’m going to make a crispy pork belly & rice recipe. Honey, oyster sauce, light & dark soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil & green onions. Just listing it here makes me look forward to cooking! Thank you both so much.

Shinichi - Don't worry, you are definitely making a wonderful, positive difference to many, many people's lives! Thank you so much for all that you share, but more than that - you are just a lovely person. Even you just being you is a blessing. The same goes for Satoshi 🫶

Hi Shinichi, I echo many other comments on here, your videos and content do so much for people, whether it’s cheering them up, relaxing the mind or just simply making someone happy. I find walking very relaxing for the mind, you can just switch off, maybe listen to the birds and just enjoy life. A big thank you to you and Satoshi for sharing your experiences with everyone. Best wishes to you both

Always great scenery in your videos, as well as the food. It is my desire to go back o Japan the last time iIwas there was in 1997 and before that 1995. I have a good friend Masa who lives in Tokyo now he is originally from Osaka he used to live with me in NYC we were both in our 20's when we met. I also have connected to another artist and it would be great to meet him. Anywho Thanks again for sharing Japan with me.🙏❤

No matter how many times you visit the prefecture of Osaka or other locations across Japan , your country is stunningly beautiful. The meal was perfect like the walk and views of the region. But to finish on a bike was so relaxing and peaceful you were both floating on cloud ☁️Shinichi and Satoshi .

This location is so nice! I’m slow at walking so biking would be slow too hahaha but I like to take in everything I see and appreciate the each moment. I don’t want to live a life like an assembly line but I think Satoshi embraces exercise as a gift and not a chore so we all appreciate things differently and each way is a blessing 💚

I've been to Amanohashidate a bunch of times but I don't remember if I've ever been to the top of either ropeway. I lived in Itami and Kawanishi and we'd ride motorcycles up there but that was in the late 80's/early 90's. I remember an old guy who owned a different motorcycle shop who would never drink cold drinks and I got in a weird habit of always ordering my coffee hot when it's over 38ºC (100ºF).
