@@aro480_ They do. In Smite 1, when a new god releases, the main menu music changes to be the version from that pantheon. Mayan, Japanese, Celtic and Slavic are my favorite :D

I don't think the music is as important to the game as sound design is but its still something to great to have. I personally don't use a mic so I'm always hearing the music theme which I rotate because they have some great ones. I honestly don't think that they need to put in as much work in the sound department since they can port that over fairly easy, so they aren't making a ton of things from scratch. I actually would be surprised if they don't bring over every sound/music they can, copyrighted things might not be able to be transferred for legal reasons. It actually would be cool to have all the voices from all the gods and all the music transferred over even if the skins don't.

Dont like the music season 7 theme. You see a warrior belona and zeus on the background as the face of smite2 and then you get an princes like soundtrack :P i dont feel it represent smite 2nd soundtrack is amazing though

honestly, I turn the music off as soon as I can for most games as it is all the same "orchestral" schlock

hearing the music makes me want to play it but i just dont think i will, changing too much with bushes (braindead thing btw), active abilities on items which could be good but only in moderation, lastly no starter items - starter items make gods so viable in so many spots it was one of the best additions in OG smite and there doesnt seem to be a reason to remove them. smite doesnt need to be a worse dota 2 or league, ive played both, didnt like them and thats why i play smite. theyre all their own game but hi rez is going to make smite 2 a combination of both, the only difference is we have donkey kong raijin and rock bands in smite
