Yay! Athena games! She's easily my favourite goddess in SMITE. I have some pointers though. Rushing into Book of Thoth isn't the best idea, the stacks give _some_ power but it's decently negligible (ignoring the base-mana you get about 23 additional power from a fully stacked Thoth), you could've saved that for later. Building Shoes of the Magi into Dynasty Plate Helm and Void Stone would've brought you more defenses so you could set-up (and get) more kills early-game. I'd also not neglect health (Ethereal Staff is a neat pick-up on Athena). That way you'd be playing to Athena's many strengths (she's tanky, she has a lot of high-base damage in addition to the 150% scaling between her 1 and 3) instead of just focusing on the scaling from her 1 coupled with Poly. That would've meant a better early-game giving you (and your team) better snowball potential.

The only way you can reduce morrigan's ult cd is with the passive from chronos pendant. The timer adjusts to that of the god you copied and his items, not yours. also, she did build some cdr. spear of desolation gives 10%.

You should build Fafnir and Khepri with Pen boots, Soul reaver soul gem, e staff, and spear of deso. If you could use fafnir 2 on khepri and use Khepris 3 on someone, and it kills them it would be hilarious.
