Bastet skin was removed due to copyright, then we have Geb(transformers), AMC (Cthulhu) and now Janus (Portal). Not hating at all, I love Smite and all the Gods/Skins, just think it's weird that they remove a skin due to copyright, then have a few more that pushes the limit.

Copyright law works a bit differently from what you'd expect! If you're curious, do a google to learn the basics. Portal doesn't own the copyright to the idea of a "Portal"; you can't copyright 'ideas', just works of art. Same goes for Cthulhu. Metallic transforming robots are a bit too general as well, unless of course G.E.B.1 was obviously derived from Optimum Prime (same colors etc..). Cat Woman had a much better argument than these :p.

MC Malzahar It seems like he would still be a very good God even without the burst damage. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I like gods that fill a specific role, and his portals seem to make him a very good utilitarian god. But if they want to keep the damage for his ulti, they could just make it so that it doesn't go through obstacles while his portals do.

As a league player, i find this game amazing, it's 3rd person feature gives a different feeling to the player, and also a new experience , Hopefully they create a new MOBA in first person :D now that would be amazing, Imagine playing a moba on the oculus rift .
