Conquest is like a long film with a great plot. Arena is just the expendables, and thats why its more fun. Might not be the better game mode but its the most fun by far

I learnt how to play arena first,I played a decent amount before wanting to learn conquest but every time I try and learn conquest I get flamed and cussed out.I’ve let my team know I’m a new conquest player and learning but nothing changes I still get flamed reported and cussed out. . Obviously because I don’t know what I’m doing I don’t see my own faults and don’t end up learning anything that I didn’t already know from before. I know roles,gods,lanes,most objectives in jg and the whole point behind conquest.I’m an old LOL player so I have somewhat of an idea. Any advice ? I’m over lvl 100 now so it might be to late to learn ?

That's deterred me from playing conquest too :( but I try to push through by getting better than the people in my mmr . I'd love to play together if you want so that's at least one guaranteed non toxic person 😭

Arena is all about consistency, counter building and resetting fights. Witchblade against hunters, runic shild on a warrior against 3 magicla teams, stonebinding for pressure guardians...winged blade for aggresive playstyle... Arena meta is different than Conquest one. most Arena teams have 3 magical while most Conquest games have 3 physical. inArena you don't have the time to stand still and use basic attacks but u always wanne be on the move... you wanna have 1 warrior for runic shield and mybe void shield or Witchblade...and guardian for stonebinding, void stone and witchblade. and ms and CCR items like winged blade are also good. and anti slow fro winged and sprint. stonebinding for early pressure and void stone so you buff 2 mages in your team... knowing your weaknesses.....team is as strong as its weakest chain so winged or valor if u getting focused on a mage

@@RampageEntertainment 3rd item is the most important item. bridge, counter item or power spike item. like Runic shield on a warrior against 3 magical teams or Stoenbinding for pressure guardians and yes Jotuns wrath for ability gods. also always move forward. and don't hold down the basic attacks but click em. move and click move and click. in a high pressure environment u don't have the time to stand still. you always wanna be on the move. the beauty is when u combine the best of ability and basic attacks. like mage xbalanque. bluestone, warrior tabi, jotuns wrath, winged blade, brawlers, hydra/withblade...yes the build lack some attack speed but u almost don't need it...and u get attack speed from levels anyway... you do 2-3 combo. you max your 3. you use basic after ability. so basic-2-basic-3...you can take half of their hp in 2 seconds...and xbalanque 3 has one of the biggest range in the game. bigger than most mage abilities. a lot of people do mistakes on Xbalanque and elvel up his 3 instead of his 3...so u can engage and disengage at once. you apply pressure with your consistency dmg and poke. you can play more aggressively when u either have beads/sprint, winged blade proc or cc immunity ult like on tank Anhur lol....so many tips..like old golden rule of a warriors to always get at least 1 pen item for pressure or all the beautiful hybrid buiild. also there is op strat. if u get shoes+wigned+withccblade enemy hunters will hate you ;). also if you can buy T3 power shoes in your first return...you are doing really really good. blessing into hoes was always the best choice. good power spike. bluestone, warrior tabi and jotuns wrath is one of the best power spikes in the game for ability gods. warding sigil is the best tanking starter. 10 flat dmg reduction is op in the early game and after that u get power spike form shoes anyway. u either go warding sigil, cd shoes and stonebinding...valor, void stone, witch blade/winged...or starter, reinforced shoes, stonebidning, valor... warding sigil, cd shoes, stoenbinding, valor, void stone, withcblade/winged is best guardian build and warding sigil, warrior tabi, runic shield, valor, brawler/witchblade/winged is ebst warrior build..especially in Arena...also very underrated in Conquest...most Conquest haves have 3 physical so you probably don't go Runic shield as 3rd item even tho...this is one of the reasons why Wariros are actually viable...they are good mage harassers...and runic shield+ warding sigil allows you to shut down enemy mages....so many things...as u can see I love Smite :). xMatic on EU server mybe one day we can play together or against another. Smite lacks some competitive spirit and rivalry. and clan wars and Arena ranked and mroe ways to earn cosmetics by playing the game like commendation rewards or achievement points rewards...also they should add old fun game modes into Match of the day rotation on weekends. like 3v3v3, Mario cart, capture the flag, adventures, old joust, domination...

People are usually so concerned with getting buffs, that you can usually get a minion wave if 2 people with good wave clear and mobility just go clear wave.

Arena hype lets go Arena tips: last 10 minions only big one counts stand near Tower siege so it goes through portal...if u don't stand near it can be stopped Arena meta: 2 mages, warrior, guardian, hunter/assasin constant fighting, warrior blessing is a must and something to juke like winged blade/witcher war bless, cd shoes, soverginity, witcher, void stone... war bless, dmg shoes, runic shield (msot Arena teams have 3 magicals), valor... if u wanna play assains in Arena or tank Anhur for example consider warrior blessing and winged blade Tank/hybrid Anhur build: war bless, dmg shoes, winged, jotuns/brawler/runic/void shield... Hun batz build: war bless, dmg shoes, runic, valor, brawler...or war bless dmg shes, jotuns, winged, bralwer... Ares is good because he shines sith cooldown build just like Change...u can have almost 100% uptime on chains...cooldown for low downtime, hp against burst and CCR, movement speed for juking and antislow...constant pressure, push when you can, go back and reset. don't over push don't overstay . Arena/Smite s about pressure and consistency. its a game of pressure...taking focus on yourself...so your team doesn't get focused...u either harass enemy carries as a warrior or try to protect yours...every good tank/support knows about pressure. go in do your best go out repeat Arena is brawling environment...hybrid build work wonders...and warrior blessing is S tier for sure. Runic shield if they have 3 magical, void stone if your team has 3 magical, stonebinding, mybe juke items like witcher/winged, cooldown items like valor...sov/heartward...i just have to find balance...in stats u build and in your game style...knowing when to play aggressively or when to defensively is what make one a good Smite player. being able to adopt and do your best. and not hold ur team back. 2 good indicators of how some1 palyed are player dmg and kill participation

Biggest key to arena wins you forgot. Get a team. I mainly play solo and it's damn near impossible to solo carry a team. Hell just the other night I went 15-10-19 with 43k damage as Tsukuyomi and lost --__-- I do wish they'd extend arena up to 750 or 1000 tickets though. As fast as the games end the new starter items are barely worth getting since you typically only use them for 2 minutes if you're really lucky.
