Except Shaman's Ring works for both vs. Spear of the Magus. Ppl are picking the latter for the tick passive. While Shaman's Ring has 110 power and 10% CDR + the passive. With deso, you get the ++power vs. Magus with only what..65? and the pen and the cdr. More cdr with the ring means you get your abilities faster, have poly that has more mana for Kuku passive and Kuku 1+auto hence still one-shot/burst build.

@@dreadlocke1151 There are still better "one shot" builds. I'm sure DoubleJ doesn't really care about super sweaty optimal builds that much, but for example instead of shaman's get soul reaver. Shaman's passive is useless for one shots, Soul Reaver's is not. It also has more power, aswell as 300 mana for kuku passive and book of thoth.
