Arachne's ult is underestimated. In fact, Arachne's ult can help her avoid all upcoming dangers in an instant, which is an ability that Thanatos, Thor, and Horus cannot envy.

If you value a “get out of jail free card” more than a exe/stun and one of the best bead check abilities in the game through Thor it’s just a skill diff at that point. Arachne ult cannot pass over walls like thana’s can so it’s easier to chase her than Thor or thana. And Horus’ ult is a team wide semi-global ability that when used correctly can make objective plays faster so it shouldn’t be compared to the other ult in any other way

Imo Jing's ult is just a worse version of Arachne's, Id rather Jing stay in bottom 10 vs Arachne. The only upside to Jing's is some dmg + getaway if you aim it correctly.

@@AngyRoarand an execute can be countered with Aegis but there are 2 in the top 10. Hun Batz is countered by beads, Ares is countered by a host of gods with CC immune abilities or cleanses. A well timed Yemoja or Odin ult when shell is down can be a multi-man wipe.

@@kristoferhailes4627 All true, and don't forget Absolution counters them for your whole team. The real reason is much more simple I think. Low to average level players are very bad at using Yem ult so most players don't really see a good one in their games.

@@kristoferhailes4627 I agree with almost everything here. Ares has no place being anywhere near that top 10, Hun Batz shouldn't either. Achilles execute is deserving because it can reset and mostly because as a tank building mostly if not only defense he can still kill tanks pretty effectively. Same for the other executes, you can always target the tanks and they very rarely have a beads/aegis. The issue for me with Yemo or Odin ult is just that a single relic completely shuts down their ult and with relic dagger it's basically the same CD. But as I said it's a very very good ult, I just think there are better ults in the entire game.

I really like Tiamat ult, cuz I either spam more minions on late game so they have to defend it, put a ward that deals damage or a idc at the start of the game to make them retreat so I get the meteor

I think it just feels shitty because it’s not 1 continuous CC like the push is 1 CC and then the crunch is another. So let’s say you push a bastet? She can just jump between the 2 CCs and take virtually no damage.

Ares being this high makes sense because he is just one of the best gods in Arena because of that Ult. I think in Smite 2 Ares and any gods that are 'beads or die' are going to take a massive hit since everyone will always have beads, that is something I absolutely hate. I do think they really need to rework Charybdis Ult. It honestly isn't that bad on paper but it doesn't hit as hard as it should and its kind of awkward to use. I think that if they made it just the bite quickly in front of her like a slightly wider cone and ramped up the damage it would feel better, I would remove the push and range entirely.

The thing with Achilles for me is it’s a tank that already has a lot sustain, protection, damage, and cc so a chain execute (on a tank that can go over the protection cap) on top of that while also being a cc immune get away is really strong the character

For Charb, if they absolutely need to keep the ult, here is my suggested change outside of only buffing dmg numbers. If over X passive threshold, allow her to move while casting. If max passive, also increase pushback width, range, cast speed, and/or dmg. Do something similar with her second ability. Again, only if they absolutely want to keep these abilities.

I think Ares is that high because its not just considering conquest. In arena/slash Ares ult every 50sec is a death sentence eventually

Even in other game modes, as he said pretty much every god has a CC immunity somewhere in their kit and in modes like Arena or Slash or even Assault, you can't just ult to get beads and reposition so your team can then engage, it's just a constant brawl which means that your ult did nothing and they all used their ults which most probably hit several people. The trade is just not there even in Arena or Slash.

aye Ares main here.. dont undervalue how insane it is to force a jungler/support to get beads before blink/shell. on top of being the only ult in the game which can consistently hit an entire team in the teamfight with forced movement cc, next closest one is Cerb but the range is like half as wide and hes generally squishier than Ares. i think hes perfectly placed and ik my fellow support playing guardian mains feel me on this

You can tell Jorm isn't played enough by the way people rate his ult. A Semi-global ult, which means an escape, maneuverability, and one of the best confirms. While being able to KNOCK UP 6 TIMES. Plus complete team fight control. Not even comparable to the other bottom 10 ults, like Ymir.

He can confirm with his 1st eruption, disrupt the team fight w the 2nd eruption, and then escape w the 3rd, while taking 0 damage and being able to reengage RIGHT AFTER. Sheeeeeesh

Jorm ult is a little low for me because of the way it is always used. As an escape with low hp, problem is you are easily blown up before it finishes charging. Suppose it’s like Sobek ult in that it’s good as long as you’re using it early when you’re out of position

With Jorm, you get the added viability of being able to do it from the beginning, middle, and end of fights. Vs. Sobek or Ymir who have very limited uses for timing.

Ah puch ult isn't that bad, he already has kill potential so while it isn't great at damage it is the best at what it's meant to do and that's create space, no zoning ability can compete with it other then maybe olo ult. There is a reason it's hard to siege into a ah puch meta.

Buggy mess. I think they should switch her 3 and 4. Make her Ult a giant whirlpool that allows you to shoot reduced damage basics in a short aoe around it. Make her new 3 a weaker stun/knockback that allows you to grapple to walls (a repurposed Mulan 3). And of course adjust the numbers so that they make sense.

Because Charybdis ult is just a CC immune speed boost ability. It's way too slow and it roots you meaning that everyone has time to move out of the way - or just beads it - and hit you with everything as you cannot dodge so you end up taking a lot more damage than what you potentially dealt IF you hit someone. The only good Charybdis ult is when it's in melee but even then, you style have the issue of the animation being really long so a beads and you're dead.

I think mulan ult is compleatly underrated: the area is massiv (about half a lane) so you can easily root 3-4 people and then knok up about 1-2 of them (or even another opponent not hit in the first area). Yes you are rooted for the knock up and arrow but its not too bad. Also its realy good to disengage because of the root and cc imunity. Imo its better than ameterasu (because bigger area and faster/more consistent cc) gilga and nike. And its close to belona and wookong. Also it counts towords your passiv witch is realy usefull for your 3

I agree with most of these rankings, but some are just insane to me. Achilles being the best warrior ult instead of Amaterasu is criminal. Yes, an execute on a warrior is definitely strong, but you're comparing it against one of the best teamfighting ults in the game. Full CC immunity for the duration along with increased speed, so you can't even come close to killing Ama during the animation. Forces beads while also doing insane damage. Works to create space by keeping the backline occupied, but also to lock down and collapse on the frontline if needed. This thing dominates 1v1s and teamfights and it should absolutely take Achilles' spot in the top 10. Similarly, I think Khepri's ult is somewhat overrated. Don't get me wrong, saving an ally is definitely very valuable, but only really if it results in an advantageous trade for your team: if your opponents used ults or relics to take down a teammate and you save them, your team now has the resource advantage in the following teamfight. But if you use it on a backliner who was just out of position, it achieves almost nothing. Also, because your resurrected teammate takes a while to come back and has little health afterwards, chances are your team will still not be in shape to continue fighting afterwards. Being able to avoid long respawn timers in the lategame is valuable, but more often than not your buddy has to recall anyways after the rez. I think the best guardian ult by far is Cthulhu's: giant debuff area, giant hurtbox to block for your allies, constant damage output along with protection shreds and massive knockups, and even some healing, speed and damage buffs. I genuinely can't recall losing a teamfight after popping it, the enemy team just can't fight through it and even retreating is very difficult.

Hey I'm desperate for an answer, and I trust what you say. I can't find a straight forward answer from anyone anywhere. My main account that has 1000+ hours and many more dollars worth of gems bought is on ps4. I know you can't have cross progression on smite 1 with ps4 and pc. But for smite 2 will there be? Or a better question if I buy the founders edition on my ps5 for the 2x legacy will I be able to use those on my pc. It says there's cross progression on smite 2 but it also says that for smite 1 until you dig deeper. I'm a huge fan and really hope you can get to the bottom of this playstaion debacle that many of us are facing. Ps putting in support tickets won't get an answer either I've tried many times with different ways of asking.

Chronos ult should be top 10. In the hypercarry-y context of the rest of his kit, his ult can turn a teamfight just as hard as a batz/khepri/etc ult can, if used right. Izanami in the bottom ten is crazy. Yeah it’s kinda useless late game, but it’s a godsend in laning phase 1v1s.

I agree on most things here but Khumba ult is HIGHKEY underrated for one fact primarily You. cant. beads. it. This shit is borderline instant. If khumba is right up in your face, you will eat that CC every time. Unless you are willing to pre beads or pre ult. Wich you REALLY dont want to do against fucking khumba. If you press your beads or immunity, expecting to get uppercut and he just.. doesnt. You are then in front of a khumba, who has just seen you use beads. Go grab a coffee or something, youre not going anywhere for the forseeable time It also has a low CD of 75 seconds, functions as a cc immune dash in a pinch and has that silly property where the enemy landing can knock up others around him. Inter literally talks about how Ares ult is overrated here cause of how easily it can be immuned if you have the resources, resources wich are not easy to utilize vs khumba ult whatsoever. I wouldnt adversitise for it being like top 20 or anything, but it deserves a higher spot then bottom 10.

Arachne gets hate just because and this video showcased it. Even the explanation for why she got such a low ass ranking was so…empty. While her ult isn’t the best thing ever, it’s not like it’s not effective for escaping, reaching a low hp enemy, initiating a gank or team attack, AND slowing enemies to help assist with shutting down the opposite team or cornering them depending on what game mode you’re playing. Her ult is pretty damn good and clearly underutilized just because her kit isn’t focused on

My hot take. Morrigan ult is overrated. She is my most played god, but her ult comes with a lot of issues too. Mainly that it's usefullness is limited to how well your team builds and what gods they are playing. The reason I value Athena ult the most is because there is rarely a situation where you don't get some value out of using it. You don't even have to use it to get the value because the whole team is going to be thinking "I have to play safe because Athena can ult me." Or they are going to get punished.

They say we are getting double every gem we ever spent and we get 50% off "most" things. Does that mean if it cost 500 we pay 250. Or do we have to pay 250 and use legacy gems for the other 250? Vulcan ult is a big circle that does big damage, never bad on a mage. Pers ult is good for lockdown but is slow and the enemy still can do a lot if not directly hit. Yemoja ult is similar in that it is very easy to escape if you can jump or if it is positioned poorly.

The fact that Erlang isn’t in the bottom 10, even the extended cut, that is 100% wrong! Almost every time i see Erlang use his ult, he dies before he gets the heal, 35% mitigations and a measly 1.5 second taunt is not nearly enough. For an entire ultimate?? Its just athena 2 except as an ultimate, with a worse duration taunt, some minor tankiness and a small heal that will 100% be negated by antiheal and theres a strong possibility you will never see it anyway because youre dead from the hunter you just taunted. Its trash. And its not just him, no xbal??? His ult was barely mid when it still stunned, nowadays it barely does anything. Just a mild nuisance at best! Edit: there are even bigger crimes when you look at the spreadsheet! AMC doesnt even reach a 3/5??? A resettable MASSIVE burst damage option with a cripple, a slow, AND 10% penetration built into it?? The fact that this thing is below mid tier is a straight up CRIME!!
