It's a circle buff from killing a harpie I think it's conquest only tho I think

That purple circle means you can buy in jungle whilst in shop it appears around like 10-20 mins in the game

Little chest dudes spawn in various parts of the jungle. They drop a yellow circle that gives a speed boost. Then after killing those ones a few times a purple one spawns that will give you a shop.
