I much prefer these longer versions. As a sparing warrior player who tends to shy away from Solo as I don’t feel confident in it, she is the only one I occasionally use when forced to. So learning all this about not needing to build into damage items was quite enlightening, I would never have done that as I would get frustrated at how low her early game damage was and buy into the new Gladiator Shield or something. I appreciate this, and I would love to see guides on more mid-lane gods as well! I know they tend to be rather straight-forward, but I also main Anubis and don’t wish to be “that” Bronze-5 Goobis player.

Yup, on most Warriors CDR = Damage. You just work off base values and use CDR to output more abilities and thus more damage. Gladiator's is good on some Warriors but not Ama. I could do some Mid stuff, but I've been focusing on Solo and Jungle Gods cause those are my main 2 roles.

I'm glad to see you doing an ama guide because i main her for solo and support got 3 stars on her. But shes such a great god and she feels underrated. This may seem obvious but when you play ama don't start a fight with mirror unless the enemy is low its good to save it for when you start to take damage for mitigation and you can use the ult to charge the mirror for huge burst. You can also use the mirror to tank minion damage early game like level 4-6 when you have a few points as long as you aren't behind. Its a great way to preserve your own wave

And you can safely use your dash to clear a wave if you go behind the wave and start with archers first after a few autos the dash will kill the archers because of the passive

I don't play ama on conquest but I do well with her, I'd like to know if this is a good damage build for amaterasu: warriors blessing, transendence, ninjas tabi, jultons wrath, haste katana, and Frostbound hammer to replace the blessing. I'm not a fan of her supportive build but this seems to be a great damage build for me

Sydney Shorltz She destroys in ranked and defanantly in casuals. Just run up to an enemy in your speed stance, hit two autos, switch to power stance, hit one auto (to apply the 3rd and final auto for expose weakness), activate your 2, use your ult, once they're stunned, launch your 2 and hit them with another 3 autos, then dash into them. Of course it isn't efficient to do this combo in every situation, but if the opportunity is there, take it. It's the most optimal way to do as much damage as possible. And trust me. It's a ton of damage. Squishy gods just straight up die and tanks drop to 25% health. If you are playing her in support. Always start with her 1. 30 extra power between you and your Carry is OP at level 1. Just apply expose weakness passive on minion on top of that, and you will clear quicker than most duo lanes.

For support u want to start with divine presence especially because u can greatly increase your adc’s clear and can give them added move speed Incase u get ganked early and then get heavenly Reflection

For support, you always get your 1 first. 30 extra power between you and the carry, on top of the expose weakness passive you both benefit from. With this combo, not many other enemy duos will outclear you. It also allows for potential level one kills, and even more so with upgraded sprint. As for boots, I feel telarias are not necessary, considering she already gets so much movement speed from her 1. Tank boots are ok but I would only get them if you are behind or they have a lot of DoT damage on their team. Power boots are just too good on her. With Power boots, you can easily solo kill a full health squishy at level 5.

He's a bad solo in general. He just doesnt have sustain and only punishes solos who stand in their creep wave. Most people understand to also just hit him early to get rid of his shield which is his main clear. However if you can somehow get a lucky opponent like hel or change and/or get through the laning phase his ult is helpful in teamfights and forcing relic picks.

TBH, I have to disagree on the leveling while support. I max the one before the two simply to allow the adc to hit harder and be faster than the other adc. I'm not try to do all the damage. The passive deals enough damage.

it's always fun when you go full crit and attack speed to literally shred with her basics. not really viable though in any conquest situation because that build requires going to fountain multiple times because even though you have some natural protections it isn't enough to stay in lane and play correctly. it's really fun in arena though.

Do you get the power aura when just normally playing? Or do you have to use the 1 to get it?

You have to take at least 1 point into the 1 to get the aura activated. After that it's constant and will just change when you cast the ability.

I find that solo laners massively underestimate early game Ama. Seriously when she gets her ult she does absurd damage, dash, mirror and ult does around 570 damage pre mitigation. If I'm not horribly outpoked I get aggressive from level 4 and ult at level 5 gets way more kills for me than it should. I tend to go warriors blessing, warrior tabi, breastplate, shield of regrowth and spirit robe. Spirit robe is amazing when her 2 is active, there's generally zero reason to not get shield of regrowth. It's probably her best item. The last few items are situational, I tend to go masamune and winged blade unless I need a pestilence.

Thanks for the video I got the god pass so I'm more inclined to play more smite. I notice that most guides have thire own priorities on lvl ups. I'm bad at remembering them so is the auto lvl option ok ok should I start to write down the lvl process

Personally don't know what it auto-levels on Amaterasu, usually I would try and break away from auto-level and auto-build if you want to get better.

I been using the auto lvl ups just for "me playing when I'm lvl 8 and I either forget to lvl up abilities or I accidentally lvl the wrong thing. Another question I have is is there a way to move my xbox process to a pc or possibly the switch?

@@greggreg3209 Yeah it takes time but you're better off knowing the best order to level than relying on auto-level. There's gonna be a cross-progression system coming soon (early 2019 I think) where you can link your accounts together and have all progression on all platforms, so yeah, soon ish you'll be able to use your xbox stuff on PC and switch.

A tip from a 4K worshipper Ama is to start with the 1 over the 2 at lvl 1, the two doesn't full clear wave and you can poke with the extra 15 power + heals. It makes your lvl 2 a bit easier in most matchups since you've got more pressure. Even though the dash full charges the mirrior faster I high recommend test going for the 1-2-2-3 ability leveling and just box & aura switch to out trade ur lane opponent at level 1.

Also stacking the passive on top of the 15 power provided through the aura at level 1 is super important if you're looking to out trade, only matchups you're not able to do this are probably vers Bellona/ Hercules since their auto attacks and abilities hit harder.

Full defense is usually better, especially if you're just learning the God. CDR is your damage. Ama's scalings are pretty bad so you're better just working off base damage will full CDR.
