Why the Zsc is in the Vmin? You said to your previous video that when Open Circuit it is in the Vmin but for short circuit it is in the Vmax

That was for admidace Ysc. So if you take Zsc then it is the mimimun impedance which will be at Vmin

Stub means wire connections. So you can't have open circuit with wire.

If you have open circuit, you have real part of impedence about infinity (very large) and you can consider that stub as a transmission line with infinite load. So you pick length to cancel the imaginary component, -jx statting from the rightmost point on the circle
