​@@KimberlyFlanaganthe last grocery pick-up I did at Walmart was a complete and utter disaster! Took 40 minutes to get my stuff. And it was bad from top to bottom, employees that didn't seem to care what was going on, employees that weren't trained, the number you are supposed to be able to call letting them know you arrived went straight to voicemail and then it took 40 minutes for them to figure out what was going on and where my stuff was. Absolute waste of time! All the other stores I go to are pretty seamless I don't know why Walmart can't seem to get it together!

You should make chile rellenos. I've been craving that for a moment. I live in Memphis and well chiles aren't the best. Hoping to find some hatch chiles that look good and not like they traveled across the country in a non-climate controlled truck. I really miss living in Colorado this time of year.

Oh my goodness… Chile rellenos…. 🤤🤤🤤 sounds soooooo lovely right now!! I just made some breakfast style burritos and put in some hatch chiles I get jarred from Costco in it and I know that’s not the same of course but it’s making me want the Chile rellenos more! 🤣

Nice haul! I’m gonna have to try to pick up some of that simple truth plant-based Alfredo sauce at Marianos here, which is a Kroger owned store. Tofu does not come to the grocery store frozen. It must’ve somehow gotten frozen along the way in transport or storage. Freezing tofu, change the texture and makes it chewier/meatier.

@@KimberlyFlanagan I always freeze my tofu as soon as I come from the grocery store. I then unthaw it when ready. I prefer this method because it has the texture of a chicken nugget.

What a good haul! We don't have any Kroger stores in my area, but we do have delivery now! I have a glitch with the app, but as soon as customer service gets back with me, I'll be able to get my food delivered to my door for less than $7! I wanna try that Alfredo sauce! I'm with you on the Victoria brand. Thanks for sharing!

I love spicy food but I have to agree the spicy ranch is overly spiced to the point it isn’t enjoyable. I love freezing my tofu!

completely agree! i think it would serve better as a dip vs a true dressing! I am almost ashamed to say that i have never froze tofu on my own accord and now having this come that way it's NIGHT AND DAY!! I had always heard this but never tried it and wow... totally different! And now if you find a great deal on tofu it's more reason to stock up and throw it into the freezer anyway! lol

We LOVE the simple truth alfredo! I guess we are weird because we don’t think it’s plain. Even my omni husband loves it! We usually chop of gardein ultimate tenders and put them in it.

Ooooohhhh!! What a great addition!! We just made it for lunch yesterday and we added the Gardein Chik’n Scallapini! It’s very very good in it too BUT I feel like the tenders may be better for a little crunch!!! 😋

That’s so awesome!! We literally did the same thing last night!!! Sooooo good!!! I LOVE me my carrots! 😋 sometimes I eat sooo many that my skin (especially my fingertips) start to get a orange hue!) lol apparently that can actually be normal but it still makes me laugh when it happens !
