Karen did see Smitty as more than her favorite bartender, he became a friend. He knew his stories made her laugh and still felt like he could share them with her, and in her own crazy way she made his tragedies less painful, a match made in dark humor heaven. Brilliant piece of writing, and acting by both of them.

This is a message for sereenquenn!! The character might be, but Megan is so funny in pretty much every thing!! When she was on Broadway in the Mel Brooks show Young Frankenstein, on a talk show and they asked her about Cher. Her answer: I thought she and I would be buddy’s. But she magically came in and did her scene and magically left?? She’s also a singer . And several shows on Broadway look this up. She was on Murder She Wrote. Angela laundsberry brought a lot of New York stage stars on her show. Peace
