SMOG has Killed Solar Panels in INDIA and PAKISTAN? How to Overcome this CRISIS?

I have been living in Lahore since 2000, there had always been fog issues during November to January every year, there is no sunshine in this period. PV panels installed at my house are currently producing around 30%of the units produced in summer (in fog/haze). In winter the load also significantly reduces as there are no AC, no fans running in winter. I try to manage the load so that my net consumption remains around zero or minimum. In my view if the system is properly designed and installed, the reduced output in winters is still manageable in case of domestic loads.

سر جی میرا سسٹم تو رات دس بجے اچانک 60 وولٹ ڈی سی دینے لگا اور کبھی اوپر اور کبھی نیچے۔ انورٹر بار بار بیپ دینے لگا اور آخر کار مجھے پی وی کا بریکر آف کرنا پڑا۔ حیرت انگیز کام ہوا۔

I installed on grid 10 Kw in August and it is producing 7-8 units per day in Lahore. I was planning that I will shift on the electricity geyser instead of gas but all my investment is in vain.
