This played at the goth club a couple of nights ago and I got so drawn into it, Gira's voice is so brooding and smooth, almost shamanistic and the indian tablas just make it. Dancing to this was honestly perfect.

Such a classic album and a 'soundtrack' that helped me get through some rough patches in my late teens/early 20's way back when -- I loved/still love every single track.

It's not that it's a bad album, but in regards to Swans, it doesn't stick out from the other albums. It's still a solid listen.
