Smoked Asparagus Bacon Wraps - How to make this awesome bbq side dish!

If you are looking for an easy side dish to add to any meal, these bacon wrapped asparagus fit the bill. Not only are they delicious, they are green and healthy. They are so easy to prepare and can be thrown on with any type of entree.
Rinse and trim asparagus.
Add asparagus to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix around until all have a thin coat.
Add salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste.
Mix well until all asparagus have been coated.
Use thin sliced bacon and wrap about 6-7 stalks with one strip of bacon.
Put on a grilling pan or cooling rack.
Put on smoker or grill at 275 for 45min-1hour.
Asparagus should be soft but still have some crisp.
For crispier bacon cook at 300-325f for 35-55min.

I love bacon and I love asparagus but I've never had them together, now I'm gonna have to give this a try. I bacon wrap jalapenos a lot and I agree that you need thin bacon because the thick just doesn't crisp up enough. Great video my friend. I just subbed your channel.
