Too funny! I'm watching it again and about to foil the ribs! The previous batch, which was my first, was a big hit with my family, so they are coming with us to the river this weekend and requested my ribs! This recipe is amazing and so easy to follow! If you can manage your smoker temps, especially if you're using charcoal and wood chunks, you got this! Funny that I was the last to comment on this, but what can I say, the results speak for themselves! Thanks again and now I'm subscribed! 😎👍👍

At the "2:01" timestamp of this video, your WSM is showing a temperature of "115 Fahrenheit" there. Was this when your grill was still climbing up to the designated temperature range from "225 - 275" or is this the temperature you used in the 1st phase or the first "two hours" of when you smoke your rack-of-ribs? Lastly, did you have "water" in your water-pan, or simply used "no water" but merely covered the pan with "foil" to catch the "drippings" for easy clean-up, in summary?

That’s a great idea to add that juice to the bbq sauce. I’ve been putting grand mariner in sweet baby Ray’s along with smoked paprika and pepper, let it simmer and slather it on the ribs

Looks great! Did you have water in the water bowl, or did you leave it dry?

Well, I just copied your recipe to a "T". I must say, it was fantastic and delicious. I would be proud to serve these anywhere. Best ribs I ever made. I used a WSM 18"

This looks awesome! I'm trying it tomorrow for the 4th! It would have been very helpful to include cooking temps as well! Wish me luck!😁
