I just made this on the Weber kettle - WOW !!! The sauces are great !! Martha is the sauce queen. I don't have an air fryer so I sprayed the tostones with olive oil and grilled them on the remaining hot coals from my brisket and they crisped up nicely. I'll be making this again for sure. Thank you for all your wonderful videos and inspiring me to stay with my hobby. Best wishes to you both !!
