Use wood chucks and wrap it in butcher paper. Also make sure it’s at 165 before wrapping. Cook it unwrapped a little longer for a better bark.

Pretty enough brisket, but you might want to include some information such as time and temps! Otherwise, it’s just a pretty brisket. Thanks.

Believe it was 8.5 hrs
