IMO the tastiest of all cuts. My favorite way to have the ribs "as is" with potato pancakes, corn on the cob, and biscuits on the side. Great simple recipe. :D

Thanks. I cook the same way, on a gas grill with smoker tube and water pan. I have been looking for a better thermometer because I have been drying out the meat after anything longer than 2 hours. So I pull it off at 2 hours and put it in a crockpot on low with beef tallow and then finishing it under the broiler for a few minutes.

That was a neat smoker, I’ve not seen one like it. What’s it called?
@rheinerftvideo26474 жыл бұрын
Me too. I constructed something with a tea strainer on the burner to smoke in my gas grill using wood chips, but it's not working the way I wanted it.

Wrap in foil and throw in the oven for 2- 3 hours. Chuck Roast. Still a bargain. That’s how mom did it growing up. 💁🏻♀️

Smoke Rings are WAY over-rated. It's all about the flavor! www.texasmonthly.com/bbq/the-science-of-the-smoke-ring/#:~:text=Let%20me%20drop%20a%20hard,the%20smoke%20ring%20is%20useless.

Yikes if the BeefCountry style Rib cuts that easily with basically salt & pepper & NO tenderizer? Me marinating with Fresh Pineapple bits or even BETTER? Sprinkle with Baking Soda & Vinegar for an hour? God forbid Over night? The meat will be SUPER TENDER on the verge of ? Desintigration mouth watering 😎 overkill 😆! More than likely? Will lessen the cooking time ?daaaamn However? Thx for the video? Okay
@PMGK3 жыл бұрын
This is how it's done, proper but make it the way you like it and enjoy! 🍻

@@PMGK Thx Poor Man for the 💕 However? PROPER way of doing? Yes that may have been back in the day yo but now a days? Meat incl. Chicken 🐔 seems to be different (tough?) & Needs Help getting tender yep! I made the bomb Chuck Roast (huge size) that my husband (who can barely eat due to very sensitive teeth ouch) said the meat was Super Tender the best he ever had 😎! I Only punctured the meat with the device then sprinkled with baking soda! Sprayed the meat with Distilled Veniger (was gonna let sit for a few hours? But it sat in fridge overnight (which I was nervous it'll be overkill tenderized gulp?) Rinsed off! Pat dried & marinated with seasoned tenderizer & Wha la the very most tenderized Roast ever! Real BadAss lol! Trust Poor man that your meats incl. Those Beef Ribs will be to die for yum-yum 😋
