I think this is the most authentic BBQ channel I have seen thus far. And I watch a lot. Talking about cheap cuts of meat and making them the best. Found you tonight and already I want you in my top 5 cooking channels watch. ATK is a solid channel, so they are hard to dethrone in that top echelon.

Love your vids,they are direct and easy to follow.After seeing your different smokers You have inspired me to build my own.I have a old elevator oil reservoir thats about 5’ tall And about 4’ across it would be perfect to hang meat or use shelves.Keep em coming and Thanks for what you do !

Hi pit master , can you explain clean smoke vs. dirty smoke. I'm confused because everyone says you want clean light blue smoke but I see your smoke was heavy white smoke. Thank you.

The meat is cooking direct dripping fat into the fire causing fat smoke, heavy and white smoke = max flavor. Can't get that with an offset smoker. Hope this helps thank you for watching.

This guy is the TRUTH! Those ribs were juicey and succulent. Did you see how he made the chicken maintain its moisture without drying out. The rub he uses really add to the flavor. I tried his method step by step and let me tell you it was so good I almost slapped my sister up side the head until she gave me that look like don't even think about it. Lol. The pit-master strikes again. Excellent job my friend...EXCELLENT!
