C+??? I say A+... when he came to miami he ran out of oxtails but my wife and i was able to get 3 plates with chicken, brisket, and ribs. He also took the time to come off the pit and take a pic with me and my wife and a few other people. His hospitality is A+. HE DIDNT HESITATE TO GET OFF THE PIT AND SPEAK WITH PEOPLE.

My man Les, you put out gourmet crafted food. The premium is expected and your labor in presentation and flavor shows. You might not have been the first to put oxtails out there however you did it in a way that caught fire and set an example to the point you have people following your example not just with oxtails but food trucks and businesses outside of food. You inspired me to plan for my own business to work for myself as a plumber. There will be copycats however you are the O.G. I remember it took years before other people started opening their version of The Turkey Leg Hut, yet when you have tried theirs no one else comes remotely close.

Success definitely comes with sacrifice indeed.Unfortunately some people want instant success but they're not willing to make any sacrifices.I remember seeing him on KZbin cooking in front of his house and at first I was just thinking that it was someone cooking for their family and friends.I had no idea that Mr.Rhodes was a entrepreneur and business man until I started watching even more of his videos.I said "wait a minute let me keep my eye on his videos".And as I watched more videos I said "whoa this guy is cooking like this in every video".I said "this man is doing something much bigger than I am even aware of".And you know what I just started watching Mr Rhodes this year in 2024 not knowing that the videos I was watching were made even before this year lol.I admire the fact that Mr.Rhodes is born and raised in Texas like myself and that he is cooking great barbecue.I haven't had a chance to taste any of his food, but by the reviews it speaks for itself of it's goodness. The great customer service that this business gives makes it just as equally great like the food.I hope that I get a chance to taste the their food.I am really interested in the barbecue nachos that Mr.Rhodes mentioned awhile back on one of his videos. When it comes to barbecue many states in the deep south are favored more seems like than Texas.I cooked some barbecue for the first time earlier this year and it came out great.I made barbecued oven pork st.louis ribs.My family loved it.I used a dry rub and barbecue sauce.I have. never used or owned a barbecue grill or a smoker. The oven is my friend lol.
