it's very similar to our food in hunan province in china, we also make smoked pork like this, just hang the pork onside the daily wood fuel smoke for months or years , very delicious

Everybody knows that was garlic or ginger.. sometimes we made mistake so don't act oversmart guys... she jst made a small mistake not a big one by putting the wrong word...
