Smoked Ricotta Cheese

This Smoked Ricotta Cheese is made from almonds. I used hickory woodchips to smoke it. It's so tasty--another step further from fresh ricotta cheese. The other important thing is to have a stovetop smoker with woodchips. No worries if you don't have it, you can simply use a pot that can fit a grill. (cast iron pots work really well)
