Grilled Herb Crusted salmon using the 26" @webergrills Kettle Master Touch. Hippie gold and some alder planks provided by @wildwoodgrilling .
Salmon was simply seasoned and cooked over lemon and a Charred plank for 30 mins, basted with some garlic butter and then continued until the salmon got to 145° IT. The indirect setup is a variation of the minion method fueled by @bbcharcoal using the oak lump charcoal. Temperatures were between 300-350 and the cook took less than 1 hr.
