I have so many family members that have learned that way you described and have also sworn off the physical process of relationships. I get it on so many well versed/spoken levels from those members. I'm 50 and haven't since 33, by choice for the partner I have and I think looking back it was my best decision. It really allowed me to see what the person's real intention was me. And as weird as it sounds I saw intentions of others around me as well. Have both my parents sides be alcoholics and other things I grew up with distorted lines of what boundaries with many things in life were. This one changed really cleared it up, I make better decisions now and I thank you for explaining it in a way that I could feel for other family members but couldn't say out loud. The girl from the dysfunctional family on both sides

That’s exactly how I make my Tasso. I smoke at a lower temp 200-225 til it hits 160. Love all your recipes, keep them coming 👍.

I've looked at tasso recipes they complicate em. You made that look easy 😊

Thanks. Honestly I had to drill down from what I was thought. I tried to make it as simple as possible so I’m glad it was noticed! Let me know if you try it

Hi! I’ve been watching you for a while now - love your content! You don’t find it necessary to brine them for days before, then cure for days before smoking?

I normally go overnight but you can go multiple days.
