Some vital information, like how long was the beef on the grill, what was the weight?
@CookingwithKory7 ай бұрын
I said in the video 6.5 pounds. Time on your smoker is irrelevant because I was using a meat probe to smoke it to a internal temperature of 120. Using a probe is much better than using time when it comes to hitting a certain temperature. I hope that helps. Have a great weekend. Any other questions hit me up.

@@CookingwithKory not sure what went wrong, but I smoked (traegger) a 3lb sirloin tip at 250 for 2 hours to an internal temp of 150ish (checked with 2 different therms) and it was still to rare to cut through ... ended up whrowing it into the oven .. thoughts? thanks in advance

Wow brother after all my years of Q I still love new ideas. First using horseradish for a binder is genius! I can’t wait to try it on my next prime rib. Then using the dishwasher or microwave for resting makes so much sense. Great tips and awesome looking roast Chef! Careful with that spicy Beaver on your meat though brother.
