Unironically, this gamemode is harder than the Tank mutation, Tanks can be dodged and slowed down, they aren't too smart. But endless smokers around every corner, on every roof, every room, it's almost impossible to survive

The best loadout for this mutation would be a sniper rifle (military/hunter), a sharpened melee, any throwable, pills/adren and lastly a gas can/propane tank/cola. With that latter, you can look down, drop it and grab it at the same upon when you are getting caught by the smoker. It cut its tongue.
