Smokey and the Bandit 3 - USA Network Edits

The USA Network version of Smokey and the Bandit 3 contains much material not found in the theatrical release. This video contains all of the deleted, extended and alternative scenes and dialogue.
The footage comes from a VHS recording and has an aspect ratio of 4:3. As such, the quality is not high. Still, it's worth a watch if you're a fan.

It's shocking they almost entirely dub Jerry Reed with someone else. And when they need to dub Gleason, I bet they turned to Henry Cordon, the second voice of Fred Flintstone.

Henry Corden was the dubbing replacement since Gleason refused to redub the lines.

Yeah dubbing the Jerry Reed scenes made no sense. He said the exact same thing LOL

Never knew of all these changes. Some additions good. Some not necessary and some Censoring needed especially for todays soft people. THANKS FOR THIS. 🙂🙂🙂

In the 80's, growing up in the UK, I'd remember they'd made these changes on TV. The BBC used to show this movie back then, and it was a big no-no to show any swearing and nudity.

@@Namcap01 I also remember the UK TV versions. You're right about the censorship, nothing shown before 9pm could have any swear words etc.
