No doubt in our minds that the best type of smoker is offset and the LANG is the king. Here we are taking our fall supply of whitetail and mule deer and turning them into Brats, Hotogs and Summer Sausage with the Lang as the smoker.

Nice love the way you get the family involved in the process Lang does make a awesome pit love the fat boy pit don't own one that big have the 36 stretch but would love to have the 84 one of these days you should post more videos on the Lang or do you just use it for the sausage making really enjoy your videos thank you for the posting wish you the best
