Nice looking ribs after being unwrapped from foil. You know they're done when you can see piano keys!

You need to stop the rust on that firebox and oil down the smoker before that starts to rust. That smoker can last you a lifetime if you maintain it. And it looks like you dont clean the ash out after each cook.

That's one expensive smoker....please take care of it and give it a good cleaning.
