People understand you’re listening to history being made. You’ve got a group that sounds like the Jackson 5 and the stylistics with Bruno sounding like a cross between Prince and Michael. And .Paak with that raspy sound like a Gerald Levert. But they’ve rolled it all in one package and made it their own. Think about never can say goodbye by the Jackson 5 🤔. This group has bridged the gap between the 60 yr old “dusties” era like me who don’t even listen to the radio anymore because most of the music is so trifling to us and this generation. "Smoking Out The Window" as a song and music video is EVERYTHING. Your reaction is hands down one of the best I seen. (I have been binge watching). A lot of the younger male reactors get so caught up in the vibe and the diss aspect of the song/video that they literally miss Anderson saying he''s going to die and then "dies." You caught a lot of important details. It probably helped that you had technical problems doing your initial recording and had to listen/watch a second time. This allowed the opportunity to catch your breath and point out the important things to your audience. Your reaction was so enjoyable. You didn't pause the video 15 times like some people (No, I'm not exaggerating). You guys were funny and generous. I appreciate the little details you point out about the olive guitar. I could go on. Well done on your reaction. By the way someone on another forum pointed out that the drummer in this video is Bruno Mars's brother. I like your comment about how these two superstar artists took turns and didn't overshadow each other. I think it's more that the artists used their "turn" to knock things out of the park. When they were on, they were On. This was an ensemble performance from the back up singers, the costume designers, the lighting crew, the choreographer, the staging. This performance was everything. For me it is right up there with Thriller by Michael Jackson. And Bruno Mars is nothing if he is not the spiritual child of Michael Jackson. Well done, gentlemen. Well done.
