Hi there, world!
I have been getting used to my new offset smoker grill by Chargriller (I have no sponsors). This was one of the very best steaks I have ever made.
I believe there are three components to cooking the very Best steak:
1/3 quality of the cut
1/3 equipment
1/3 technique
I use chunks of hickory wood on the coals and the reverse sear method. I wish I could share the smell and the taste on KZbin but until someone invents that, will just have to torture everybody 😵‍💫
