how do you put oil on the toy to make it smoke? is there a compartment? thanks

Rolly Polly , for this specific toy just put a few drops of light machine oil in his mouth and he’ll start blowing smoke. If not the smoke generator has burned out or wire(s) is disconnected. //Tintoyman//

How about eucalyptus oil?

Rolly Polly, I’ve fixed many of these smoking toys since I started collecting battery operated tin toys and there are many different oils, or mixture of oils, one can use but I’ve never tried eucalyptus oil! The aim is to use an oil that creates a lot of smoke as the smoke generator is rather small. It’s quite easy to ruin the generator so I would be careful when using othet than light machine oil.....

@@tintoyman913 I have one just like it, I just realized that it stopped working and I'm too lazy to disassemble it ha ha ha. One of these days I'll fix it. Greetings from Argentina.
