I think you’ll have great time if you do decide to go! We had someone in our party that was terrified to go and who isn’t a strong swimmer and she had a blasted (and has gone rafting 3 more times since)! Also, it was our first time rafting and the guides did a great job of making sure everyone was safe and knew what to do in case of an emergency. The rapids are distanced far enough apart that you’ll have plenty of time to just relax on the water without being overwhelmed with all the action. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns because it’s definitely an experience worth having.

This is the Upper Pigeon river ride. The Lower Pigeon is a MUCH calmer ride.

😂 It is all but guaranteed that you’ll have a great time. One of the members of our party was 150% against the idea, but ended up having a blast (and has been on a few more rafting trips since then)! The rafting guides are awesome, and will definitely take care of you. What are some of your concerns?
