Hello cassey! I always like your videos and your cheerful personality:) Actually I really really hope you can give me advice. I'm cerebral palsy and I started to use my wheelchair few years ago. After I use my chair I feel my body is weaker, my mussels ( especially my tummy) looks ugly. I want to start from easy one, so could you please tell me how to get a little abs mussels in a easy way?
