I know this comment is old.. but the finished studio version of any professional artist is always pitch corrected with software tools so that is sounds perfect because it is the final product. Even if you are a good singer professional studios will still go over every note and pitch correct even the smallest blemishes.

Buoy Base Galaxy and Gusty Garden Galaxy are two of the greatest video game songs ever composed. If not, i can assure you Buoy Base is, without a doubt, the song with the highest potential. Meaning that the composers may have not given the perfect arrangements and music samples to the melody, but even, it still shows that it is more than just a great song. If genius can exist even with a fruit, a trash can and bare feet. Just think what could happen with a ball, some friends, some space and a net!
