@@rainycakes basically, instead of it being an actual pregnant clown, this statement implies that "pregnant clown" is a derogatory name for the person getting fked in the garage. This could be taken multiple ways, either just at face value, as it sounds like a mean thing to call someone, or breaking it even further down -- they could be using the word "pregnant" because the person is fat, and "clown" because that is an insulting term calling someone unsophsticated or goofy. It's also funny because Angela is acting like a mean person, putting on a personality that is not hers, plus it kind of comes out of nowhere so has that shock factor. At least, that's how I understand it!!
