@@talalh7247 yeah, it's a reference to the first one, where two dudes wake up in a bathroom, are handcuffed to some pipes, and they have to cut off their feet to break free. The whole premise of the series is that this serial killer captures people who did something bad and makes them pay for it, and he prides himself in punishing the evil, and this makes the "I think" so much more hilarious.
