@@ragdethecrimsonchrist8950 Whenever I see someone give a reaction like yours, where you just admit that you spell this or that wrong often. I get the vibe that you're likely pretty laid back and you're comfortable with being wrong about such things, like you don't see shame in it (because you shouldn't). So many people get upset when anything is either corrected or pointed out. I have a friend who spells many different words improperly, so I asked him a long time ago if he's okay with me correcting the spelling; stating that I don't do it to come off as superior or more intelligent(despite what so many seem to believe, one's ability to spell words properly doesn't dictate their intelligence level), rather I do it to maybe help them with those words. He told me that he never takes it as me trying to seem superior and that he appreciates the way I let him know the spelling. English just has so many words that are spelled differently because they're based off of Latin or even French. One word that he use to spell wrong is 'note', he would spell it 'noat'. Now he spells it properly and we will make jokes about how it would sound spelled that way (I mean boat and note are pronounced similarly, so I understand why he misspelled it). He was in his early 20's when he misspelled it too and he's okay with being wrong, especially if whoever corrects him doesn't do so with that air of superiority. I know this is lengthy but I honestly checked the comments within your comment because I expected people would be either correcting you on how Shayne's name is spelled or your misspelling of the word answer. The initial comment wasn't bad, as they didn't try to tear you down and clearly auto correct put fell instead of feel for them. Which made it so someone, who might have been trying to stand up for you, decided they'd correct them as a way to say "you're not any better". The internet is a funny place.

Fun fact: MJ had vitiligo, which is where patches of your skin lose pigment. Over time his skin started to look super patchy and it was hard for makeup to cover all the light spots he had on his skin. People assume that once he had more 'light' than dark skin, he either bleached his skin or (more likely) used makeup to match the rest of the skin with his vitiligo patches. My mom has it, we are white so it doesn't show too obviously, but if your skin is darker it shows more prominently. There's been an uptick in models with vitiligo who don't cover their patches and instead embrace it - I think one was in sports illustrated, but I might be wrong?
