Well only way to improve that would be to get Pierce, Focus and a powerfull attack on the third Demon, get LV255 (which would take a lifetime) with everyone to max out the damage and get a godlike RNG and nothing but Critical ^^

not really, having Metatron as the healer and main buffer is also a good strategy and if you want to do damage just pass the turn to the next ally

+Matthew Tafoya its not impossible to put every demon on 999 hp, you can continue leveling up after 99, the lv doesn't change, but continues to get 1 point each lv , and even if vitallity is maxed , every lv the demi-fiend or demons gains a small bonus to hp and mp, so... yeah you just gotta keep leveling until you're happy with your hp . ^^ (if you're patient enough you could even get mp to 999 too, but that would take decades of grinding, aand not necessary either...)
