I think gee was the song that skyrocketed SNSD as superstars , it was a huge hit and the group become very popular. But by the boys era SNSD had already been established as a top girl group and (maybe even the ultimate best ) . Their each comeback was a hits and there popularity was increasing too. The Boys era seems to be the height off their careers , where a majority where looking forward to for there comebacks as they knew they are gonna deliver quality stuff. I personally am not an SNSD Stan . But I have mad respect for these ladies , they are really worked there ass off to be where they are. Its true the 2nd gen groups performance where on another level. The stage presence where was amazing. And yes their never will be a group like SNSD. They where the think you know . They had everything , the looks , the personality , the talent and the stage presence . And even if similar groups come up , SNSD will always be remembered to be the first who did it .
