Wow this comment really hit hard Not just the artists but choreographers, performance directors, managers, producers, and stylists too. If the artists weren’t so close with each other and with the staff, I really don’t think they would all still be there considering how questionable some of the upper management decisions are. Youngmin manager has been with EXO for 11 years, Heechul has had the same stylist team since debut, and Jae, Kasper, and Mihawk have choreographed so many pieces.

Nadiah Sekar I completely agree! I used to think SM was a great company too because they’re not as strict as YG or JYP. But I feel like now they don’t pay as much attention to their artists. Not speaking out to support Chen, pushing Mark really hard schedule-wise, not giving Winwin any parts. I feel like they just see the artists as a way to make the company money and be successful, rather than supporting them as people.

Yes, I agree. I think talent alone will not make an artist successful, it needs to be honed like a diamond and a team that will support them. That's why I still think SM is one of the best companies.
