What I admire the most about Hyo is that despite the fact SM was giving more attention to the other members all through out the years, she's still there supporting her sisters. Usually in other groups, this would cause a member to leave and seek a bigger opportunity in other company but not Hyoyeon. She's the coolest, most patient idol I've ever known. This is also a proof that SNSD's bond is up there and real. Go go go Hyoyeon, fighting!

I don't know that Hyo got "ignored" that badly ... she had boatloads of dance shows, competitions, and other events. They were all pretty busy - Tae and Sunny doing OST's, Sunny's radio show, Yoona's modeling - she's actually the richest member of SNSD, all the commercial work by Seo, Yoona, Yuri. Stage and TV shows with Sooyoung and Seo, Tiffany doing the rounds of TV and movies, most of them have done voice-overs at one time or another. Hyo is not going to get as many singing gigs as she is not a huge vocal star like Tae, Seo, Tiff, Sunny, and she who must not be named. When you have as much vocal talent as the 5 (now 4) best singers in SNSD, someone like Hyo isn't going to get a lot of vocal solo's ... but you'll never see Tae, Tiff, or Sunny on a dance competition, either.

It's another proof from SM company, their artist is no joke, some people keep claiming that SM artist isn't as talented as two others biggest company, only focusing on visual rather than true talent, but when we talk about SM biggest and most successful girlband SNSD we can't deny that each of the member has something very captivating, iconic and the real inspiration, each of SNSD's members can be popular and overrated even when they're solo, Hyo maybe has less fans compare to the leader and the visual of SNSD but her skill, and determination are undoubtedly amazing, I believe she's one of few dancer from a 'big group' that has been becoming an inspiration for most of rookie gb, most of the people who doesn't know about SNSD might be shock for this solo debut, why her? One thing I will never understand, how people in korea likes snsd but revers only few members, yoona, taeyeon, seohyun and that's it...others are there to fill in the blanks and make the group look pretty or sth...hyoyeon, yuri, sooyoung, they are so awesome and talented but they are only active in dramas...there's taetiseo, sweet and vocal subunit but no SHY, sexy and dance subunit....
