I feel like this could work for 21 & SOME of the z movie Villains (Turles, Android 13 & Dr. Wheelo specifically would work the best imo.) But Zahha is way too powerful to be a side-villain & Ultra Pinich just would not work at all in canon (Normal Pinich would work just fine, but he's not really a villain at all, just dumb.)

This family names are all about "throw up" not so pleasant... but quite a fun idea. Android 21 name Vomi = Vomit Dr.Gero = an onomatopoeia of barfing, or some thick liquid spewing in Japanese. Android 16 name Gevo = or Geh-boh in Romaji, also an onomatopoeia of barfing. Dr.Hedo = pronouncing as Heh-doh, have similar meaning to Dr.Gero.

I've watched a Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 mod called DBXV2 Revamped. It's now on V5.0, And has an Android 21 X Goku VS Dark Janemba story quest. Once you get Dark Janemba's health probably halfway, Evil Majin 21 appeared to join him. And when you defeat Janemba, Majin 21 ABSORBED Janemba, and she transformed into a RED Majin with a red Dragon Ball on or in her chest {AYO?!}. She's a non-playable BOSS character with a special attack where she kills you INSTANTLY. Once she's dead, she gets up, but got impaled by the Blue haired female and a red haired male from the Demon Realm (Not Towa, Mira, and that DBXV1 final boss), stole the red dragon ball, and teleported away. [I like that DBXV2 Revamped mod btw ❤]

I believe the two mystery characters are implied to be other demons from the Demon Realm, very much like Towa, Mira, and Dabura. Perhaps a Xenoverse version of the Dark Empire from Heroes... which is somewhat in the same universe as Xenoverse.

Frieza's power level being a digit lower was actually the number that had been floating around for a very, very, very long time until scans of a more modern databook added another zero and then that number became universally accepted. They gotta make Majin 21 canon or at least include her more in the games. In Xenoverse we only have Lab Coat 21 and we got a cameo from Super Heroes being Vomi. I like both of her designs and Lab Coat 21's fighting style is really interesting as she'd be more of a tactical fighter and Majin 21 would be a more aggressive Mr. Buu. I guess time will tell.

If I recall the first version of the Hatchiyak movie was used as a videogame guide for a Dragon Ball game. The events that happens in the movie like the fairy helping Goku was just hints on how to proceed in the game (I think it was in this movie that there are transitions done within the videogame to give hints).

Appreciate the video. Even i learned of some characters i didnt know about despite being a huge Dragon Ball fan. I will point out that you missed some major characters from a couple mainline games. Budokai 1 & 2 had what if forms/characters. Budokai 1 had a "What if Vegeta became a Super Saiyan in the Saiyan Saga" as well as a "What if 2nd Form Cell absorbed Krillin instead of 18" therefore creating Cellin. Budokai 2 had a plethora of What If content. You had Gokule, the Potara fusion of Goku and Hercule, which looked different depending on who initiated the fusion. There was also Tiencha, also know as Yamhan, that's the Metamoran fusion of Tien and Yamcha. You also had Majin Cell and Majin Frieza. Also had Kurieza, who technically started in Neko Majin, but hasn't been seen since Budokai 2's V-Jump Special edition. Last, but not least, there were 4 what if absorptions for Super Buu which included the absorption of Vegeta, Cell, Frieza, and a dual absorption of Tien & Yamcha. He basically played like Super Buu's base moveset but with the super moves of the person he absorbed, but it was quite cool.

Regarding stuff made up for the games, Budokai 1 & 2 take the cake. With a Cell-Krillin, several forms for Buu (e.g Frieza absorbed, Cell absorbed, Tien & Yamcha absorbed), a Neko Majin Z Arc in the Japanese only Collectors Edition with Kuriza playable, a Tien-Yamcha fusion, two different fusions of Goku and Satan, Cell can use the Genkidama, and Kibito-Kai was playable and had a moveset... it was wild.
