Pressurises either the green hydraulic system from yellow or vice versa if one of the systems pumps aren't running. It's a hydraulic pump and motor arrangement. The green system has no electric pump so if the electric pump is running with no engines running it will use the yellow system pressure to pressurise the green system. The same applies if only one engine is running because the engine driven pump on the other engine is not supplying pressure.
