Yess you can . But you need to respect most important rules . NO PAIN during mobilization. If patient have pain stop immediately with this mobilisation .

Beautiful video! I've had mentors show me this, and have said that it will produce a 'stinging' type pain, but that this is okay (it disappears once the glide is over), and results in a good improvement in range. What do you guys think?

Thanks, I would use this technique for range and encouraging movement where the patient feels safe and controlled and this will hopefully give the patient more movement confidence. 👍

Indication plz?

Pain when flexing which is then pain free when performing the technique (why the pain reduces we know may be multifactorial) but if it helps then it can work well with the right type of patient.

Hi John, not sure what you mean as the belt is there so that it can be done on your own

john miguel colide ermita you can get a regular belt or a resistance band, not the exact effect but tying this around a door handle or something heavy will allow you to carry out SNAG with pressure from the belt
