As someone from around the area, it will not get you killed. You will most likely get 3 years of jail time. That is why I asked, since it is not uncommon from Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia to consume cannabis. Afterall, we all are relly close to Albania and you know what they say, Albania is the number one importer of cannabis. They have villages only for cannabis growing. I thought there was deeper meaning behind that bar. :D
